Miniature electret instrument microphone
A sound pick-up system with gold-plated back electret cartridge of omnidirectional characteristic. It features a very precise frequency response, its characteristic features allowing for a faithful reproduction of various types of flutes and playing techniques. The innovative, glueless fastening system allows for a gentle attachment of the microphone, preferably at the middle part, without leaving scratches. It is suitable for a tube diameter of approx. 18 mm to approx. 26 mm and can easily be attached and removed again.
The flexible miniature gooseneck allows for an exact positioning of the microphone. Thus, minimising breathing noise and valve sounds. The CX-500F can be operated either cable-connected or via the supplied +48 V phantom power supply adapter MA-500 and optional XLR cable or directly at any pocket transmitter from JTS.
Supplied with robust transport case, phantom power supply adapter and windshield.
